• Pay only when we send you qualified leads
• Lead fees vary based on job type and location
• Automatic billing for accepted leads
• 30-day payment terms for lead fees

4. Professional Requirements

To use PlumberAI Pro, you must:

• Hold a valid plumbing license in your operating area
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to leads within 24 hours
• Maintain a professional standard of service

5. Lead Distribution and Acceptance

Lead distribution terms:

• Leads are distributed based on service area and specialization
• You have 24 hours to accept or decline a lead
• Accepted leads incur the specified fee
• Lead quality is monitored and guaranteed
• Refunds available for invalid or duplicate leads

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights:

• AI-generated logos and materials become your property
• You retain ownership of your business data
• PlumberAI Pro retains platform technology rights
• You grant us license to use your content for service delivery

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your qualifications or licensing
• Share leads with non-platform users
• Manipulate the lead distribution system
• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Violate customer privacy or trust

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice
• Immediately for breach of terms
• Outstanding lead fees remain payable
• Your data will be available for export for 90 days

9. Limitation of Liability

PlumberAI Pro's liability is limited to the lead fees paid in the last 30 days. We are not responsible for lost profits, indirect damages, or issues arising from your service delivery.
